ABOUT

Change Church is a teaching ministry called to discover, develop, and deploy leaders using the vehicle of Change College. Change College comprises two schools: Leadership and Ministry. Although each school is different, the goal is to equip participants for the work of the ministry (Ephesians 4:12-13).
In Change College, we want to be:
Spirit-empowered without the spookiness.
Missional and culturally relevant.
Grounded and anchored in deep theological truth.
A spiritual weapon of mass destruction.

OUR PROGRAMS

School of Leadership

The primary goal of the School of Leadership (SoL) is to prepare leaders in the church, for the work of the church, for that reason, participants must be recommended by their campus leaders. Dream Team members who are interested in the School of Leadership are encouraged to speak to their campus leader before completing an Interest Survey.

School of Ministry

The primary goal of the School of Ministry (SoM) is to provide practical, hands-on training for those called to teach and provide pastoral care for the congregation. Graduates from the School of Ministry will be equipped to:
  • Facilitate Change Track
  • Facilitate Learning Groups
  • Assist with baby dedications, funerals, weddings, and hospital visits
  • Administer communion

ADMISSIONS

The School of Leadership begins in September 2024. The School of Ministry begins in January 2025. If you are interested in learning more, attend an Interest meeting online on August 6, 2024 at 6:30 PM EST, August 14, 2024 at 2:00 PM EST or August 16, 2024 at 6:00 PM

School of Leadership application period: August 4, 2024 - August 18, 2024
School of Ministry application period: September 29, 2024 - October 29, 2024

Program Completion:

Change College School of Leadership graduates will receive a certificate of Completion at the end of the program.

Change College School of Ministry graduates who pass catechism, may be licensed and ordained upon completion of the program.
