The Kids Director role provides leadership, vision, and direction that creates a vibrant, safe, atmosphere for the children, parents, and children’s ministry team of Change Church. The Kids Pastor will manage and execute the direction of Change Kids at the Change DeKalb location. This oversight includes direct responsibility for Change Kids, the development and maintenance of Change Littles, and to ensure children’s ministry is an organized, safe, comfortable environment for parents.
The Next Gen Pastor at Change Church is responsible for overseeing the middle school and high school ensuring a cohesive and dynamic approach to discipleship and spiritual growth for all Next Gen age groups. This role includes developing and implementing strategies, creating engaging programs, and leading a team of ministry leaders and volunteers to fulfill the mission and vision of Change Church.
The Online Church Administrator serves as the administrator for the Global campus. The global responsibilities include online administrative management, online ministry support, and online leadership support to the Online location. This role ensures the efficient execution of online initiatives, fostering community and spiritual growth.
The Facilities Tech Supervisor-ATL at Change Church will lead the facilities techs that include janitorial, repairs/maintenance, and setup technicians, ensuring that our facilities are clean, well-maintained, and ready for all events and activities. This role involves managing a team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and event setup are met consistently. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining a welcoming and functional environment.
The Pastoral Office Assistant supports the Pastoral Support Pastor by managing executive affairs and acting as a liaison for administrative and operational functions. Key responsibilities include communication support, calendar management, travel arrangements, and hospitality services. They are the primary liaison for staff pastors, leaders, and organizations. This position provides executive support and management of the pastoral office.
The DeKalb Campus Pastor is responsible for providing pastoral leadership to building and growing effective ministries and ministry teams for the Atlanta location of Change Church. The Campus Pastor ensures implementation of the vision at the campus level through services, events, initiatives and ministry programming. They will serve as the primary liaison to the DeKalb Dream Team, oversee Change Track, Change Groups, Next Gen Programming, Dream Team Development and Pastoral Care at the Dekalb location.
