Lead the vision and strategy for Change Church’s holistic wellness ministry across all campuses. This role creates year-round programs that integrate physical fitness, emotional and mental wellness, and spiritual growth for youth, adults, and seniors. The Director oversees recreation spaces and fitness experiences, collaborates across ministries, and ensures wellness is woven into groups, cohorts, and church-wide formation. Partnerships with the Emotional Wellness Consultant help embed mental and emotional health practices into all experiences.

ASL Interpreters
Help Make Every Moment Accessible.
Change Church is building a team of talented ASL Interpreters to help ensure Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing individuals can fully experience our worship services, ministry moments, and live events.
We’re looking for skilled interpreters who can do more than translate words. You understand how to communicate meaning, emotion, tone, context, and intent in dynamic live environments—from worship and Scripture to preaching, prayer, humor, announcements, and spontaneous ministry moments.
As an ASL Interpreter with Change Church you’ll join a pool of interpreters supporting Sunday worship experiences, conferences, special services, and other Change Church events. You’ll work alongside ministry, worship, production, and fellow interpreting professionals to help create an accessible and welcoming experience for the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing community.
