FAQs

Where should I park?

We have ample parking throughout the property. If parking happens to be full when you arrive, one of our parking attendants will direct you to alternative lots where shuttles to and from the church are operating.

Our Main Parking Lot is located at the Main Church Building:
1170 North Hairston Road Stone Mountain GA, 30083

Once our Main Lot reaches capacity, we ask that you park at one of the following lot locations and enjoy a shuttle ride to our Campus:
- 1701 Mountain Industrial Blvd, Stone Mountain, GA 30083
- 4555 Central Dr, Stone Mountain GA, 30083

Please refrain from parking at CVS or other neighboring stores as you will be towed.

What ages are included in the children’s ministry at DeKalb?

3 months - 5th grade

Where is kids' check-in, and how do I know where to go?

We’re excited to make your check-in experience smoother with Kid Check! Create your free account ahead of time using the Kid Check app or at through the website. Registering before you arrive will shorten your wait time.

All families will still need to stop by a kiosk upon arrival to complete check-in and receive name tags.
Note: If you’ve already used Kid Check at another Change Church location (like Gwinnett), you’ll need to check in at a kiosk the first time at this location so it links to your account.

Is there a nursery or family room for infants?

Both - the family room is not enclosed but available for use

Does DeKalb offer programming for children with special needs?

Yes, the Champions Club Classroom is in the gymnasium

How do I pre-register my child and manage check-in?

You can create a profile on KidCheck and express check in on the app once you are in the parking lot or join the line!

How will I get updates about my child’s ministry experience?

Each Sunday your child will receive a "grown up guide" that covers the curriculum as well as a devotional that also includes a note for parents.
