What is the Dream Team?

The A-Team is the administrative force behind every event, conference, and gathering at Change Church. The beauty of the A-Team is that it is made up of members from each location working together to execute a project. When the A-Team walks in, help walks in! The A-Team gets it done!

The purpose of the Bookstore (Change Store) is to serve as a resource center for members and guests by providing supplemental resources that assist people with growth & development (books, devotional guides, etc.) and offer ministry brand apparel that represents who we are and reflects what we do.

The purpose of the Assimilation Team is to ensure care, community and connection for the guests and members of Change Church. This team serves as part of the assimilation process by supporting our members through the completion of our Growth Track. This team is equipped to provide the information necessary to help our members transition effectively into our church family.

The Hospitality Team is to create a family feel experience by serving refreshments, meals, and beverages to guest and dream team members.

The Host Team is a team that serves guests and visitors by providing them with a breathtaking first impression as they arrive. Our purpose is to help produce and maintain a transformative worship experience by creating an authentic atmosphere of love and acceptance for all people attending Change Church worship gatherings.

The NextGen Team helps to create an environment where children from kindergarten through fifth discover and develop a passion for God through worship, Bible teachings, small groups and a variety of fun activities. Children are taught God's Word and grow in their relationship with Him.

The purpose of the personal assistant ministry is to provide the personal aid and support necessary in serving the pastor, first lady, and guests of Change Church. The personal assistants minister to and cares for the first family and guests so that they are free to give themselves wholeheartedly to the work of ministry. Personal assistants ensure that minor encumbrances and foxes that spoil the vine (Songs of Songs 2:15) don’t distract leadership from their God given assignments.

It is the responsibility of the Parking Team to serve as the frontline of Change Church and make sure that people encounter authentic welcome expressions when they arrive on our grounds. We are excited and filled with joy each time we see a person driving up to worship with our family, and we express that excitement and joy in the way we greet them.

The purpose of the Prayer Team is to ensure care, community and connection for the guests and members of Change Church. It is the responsibility of this team to assist the Pastor and Campus Pastors by praying for our guests and members at the end of a gathering; and invite them to take the next steps in salvation.

The Security Team is to ensure a secure and safe environment for all congregants in attendance during worship gatherings and special events. The Security Team pays close attention to all aspects of the gathering to prevent the enemy’s tactics of interruption from taking place. The Security Team is a team that remains watchful in order to guard the flow of service and make certain that everything is done decently and in order.

The Small Groups Team facilitates content aimed at fostering the spiritual growth of our members. Whether you want to teach, support the instructor, or take attendance, joining the Small Groups Team gives you the opportunity to help change lives.

The purpose of the Welcome Team is to serve guests and visitors by providing them with a breathtaking first impression when they arrive at our campuses. We help produce and maintain a transformative worship experience by creating an authentic atmosphere of love and acceptance for all people attending Change Church worship gatherings.

The purpose of the Events Team is to assist in the planning and executing of events within the church (Ministry events) and in the community (Outreach events). A few examples include the in-person Awakening Saturday Experiences, Transformation Labs, The Citywide Baby Shower, and Change R' Us and more!

The Guest Services Team is a team that serves guests and visitors by providing them with a breathtaking first impression as they arrive. Our purpose is to help produce and maintain a transformative worship experience by creating an authentic atmosphere of love and acceptance for all people attending Change Church worship gatherings.

Our Health & Wellness team helps to medically assist members who need assistance while attending a Change Church worship gathering and/or special event. We are the medical liaisons in the event of a medical emergency.

‍This team utilizes technology to connect Change Church to the world. We provide a creative environment for you to use your gifts to serve the world. This team is responsible for live and recorded video, photography, audio production, graphics, lighting, and more!

This team serves as both our Welcome Team and Guest Services Team by welcoming viewers from across the world in the chat, answering questions, sharing helpful links/resources, and connecting with people through our weekly online Change experiences or online special events.

The Social Media Team helps spread Change Church's message globally through strategic social media engagement on our digital platforms.

This team facilitates a breathtaking experience for services and special events by setting up, breaking down, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the functionality of our facilities.
