The Dream Team is made up of incredible people who use their gifts and passions to help build and grow Change Church. From creating a comfortable environment by serving on a Host Team, to leading future world changers to Jesus by serving on one of our NextGen Youth and Young Adult Teams, to crafting life-changing experiences with the Events Team, to tearing down relational barriers by leading a Small Group. Our Dream Team advances the Kingdom of God by transforming lives through excellent service.
The purpose of the Bookstore (Change Store) is to serve as a resource center for members and guests by providing supplemental resources that assist people with growth & development (books, devotional guides, etc.) and offer ministry brand apparel that represents who we are and reflects what we do.
This team will assist with helping them find a good parking space, assist the police with patrolling traffic, assist parishioners who need special assistance like carrying children bags or helping our handicap parishioners, providing umbrella service when raining, greeting and opening doors for women and the elderly, welcoming all people into our facilities with a warm smile, identifying first time visitors and providing them with hospitality and a special gift, and escorting them to their seats inside the sanctuary.
The Hospitality Team is to create a family feel experience by serving refreshments, meals, and beverages to guest and dream team members.
The Host Team is a team that serves guests and visitors by providing them with a breathtaking first impression as they arrive. Our purpose is to help produce and maintain a transformative worship experience by creating an authentic atmosphere of love and acceptance for all people attending Change Church worship gatherings.
The purpose of the NextGen Team is to offer a place where children from kindergarten through fifth grade can discover and develop a passion for God through worship, Bible teachings, small groups and a variety of fun activities. Children are taught God's Word and challenges to grow in their relationship with Him.
The purpose of the personal assistant ministry is to provide the personal aid and support necessary in serving the pastor, first lady, and guests of Change Church. The personal assistants minister to and cares for the first family and guests so that they are free to give themselves wholeheartedly to the work of ministry. Personal assistants ensure that minor encumbrances and foxes that spoil the vine (Songs of Songs 2:15) don’t distract leadership from their God given assignments.
The Security Team is to ensure a secure and safe environment for all congregants in attendance during worship gatherings and special events. The Security Team pays close attention to all aspects of the gathering to prevent the enemy’s tactics of interruption from taking place. The Security Team is a team that remains watchful in order to guard the flow of service and make certain that everything is done decently and in order.
The purpose of the Welcome Team is to invite guests into a barrier free and warm environment.
The purpose of the Change Team is to facilitate and ensure the proper care and nurturing of the sheep that God entrusts to the Change Church family. It is the responsibility of this team to aid the pastor in ensuring that the new sheep get connected and remain connected to the flock of God. We will provide the information and inspiration necessary to help them transition effectively to our church family. This will enable our members to grow to a state of spiritual maturity and serve God with a sense of purpose and fulfillment.
The purpose of the Connect Team is to ensure care, community and connection to the guests and members of Change Church. It is the responsibility of this team to assist the Pastor and Location Leaders by praying for our guests and members at the end of a gathering; and invite them to take the next steps in salvation. This team also serves as part of the assimilation process by supporting our members through the completion of our Growth Track. This team is equipped to provide the information necessary to help our members transition effectively into our Church Family.
The purpose of the Events Team is to carry out the vision of the senior leaders through Special Events, Ministry Events, and Outreach by providing an aesthetically breathtaking experience.
The Guest Services Team is a team that serves guests and visitors by providing them with a breathtaking first impression as they arrive. Our purpose is to help produce and maintain a transformative worship experience by creating an authentic atmosphere of love and acceptance for all people attending Change Church worship gatherings.
The Health & Wellness team is to release parishioners from the mentality and culture of unhealthy living. We serve as medical liaisons in the event of a medical emergency. Our team helps to medically assist the people of God in ensuring their safety and well-being while attending Change Church worship gatherings and special events.
This team utilizes technology to connect Change Church to the world. We provide a creative environment for you to use your gifts to serve the world. This team is responsible for live and recorded video, photography, audio production, graphics, lighting, and more!
This team serves as both our Welcome Team and Guest Services Team by welcoming viewers from across the world in the chat, answering questions, sharing helpful links/resources, and connecting with people through our weekly online Change experiences or online special events.
This team serves as a digital evangelist to help spread the message through a social strategy to help bring Change Church to the world through our digital platforms.
This team ensures a breathtaking experience through the ministry of help. We embody the heart of “Anything, Everything, or Nothing at All.” This team facilitates a breathtaking experience for services and special events by setting up, breaking down, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the functionality of our facilities.
